Bruce Moseley, JD, CFRE, received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and his law degree from St. Mary’s University.

Bruce practiced law in Amarillo for a few years before teaching full-time at Amarillo College for seven years, where he also served as the Legal Studies Coordinator and Chairman of the Business Department.


He is passionate about serving the Amarillo community and currently serves on local boards for Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, Amarillo College Foundation, and the Amarillo Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities.

Bruce served on the Turn Center Board of Directors for two years before becoming Executive Director in 2015.
